    How’d your everything seasoning fare? I find that I can’t bake my everything seasoned bagels as hot as other types or the seeds tend to burn a bit. I’ve landed on convection at 375 (recipe I like says 425, but it torches my everything seasoning). It took a couple of iterations to get there with our current oven after we moved in April.

    Add one whole pack of cream cheese to each bagel. Tri-state area will grant you a bagel making certificate.
